“Cheddar”
Oh our Cheesy girl. So many wonderful things to say about this girl! Cheddar was born an “old soul” and is our resident snuggle bug extraordinaire. Born on June 29th 2015 from our Presto X Frankie breeding, the “Photo Litter” Cheddar is a sensitive soul, and grieves if she even thinks she has done something naughty! (Which, by the way is never!) Even though showing was never quite her thing, as she would much prefer snuggling, she still managed to finish her Championship in one weekend taking three back to back to back 5 point majors. She then went on to do the very same attaining her Grand Championship in short order. Cheddar is my soul dog. My best friend, and angel. She produced four incredible litters, and is now enjoying being Queen of the house, and our hearts.

“Bailey”

I could write for ages about this incredible girl. Bailey, “B girl” “Queen B” Bailers, B. Bailey is the Matriarch of TrueStar, and we would not be where we are today if it were not for her! Bred by my very dear friend Danielle Yandt from her Stetson X London “Gone Country”litter. Bailey was born on April 12th, 2009. She is grandma, and great grandma to many, introduced my husband to the incredible love and devotion of dogs, helped our three young daughters learn to walk, and so much more. Peanut butter’s biggest fan, and lover of tennis balls and whipped cream. In her younger years she LOVED to hike in the mountains, camp, and go to the beach. She went everywhere with us! We are grateful beyond words for the joy this girl has brought into our lives, and we don’t take a single day that we have with her for granted.

“Esme”
Sweet sweet Esme! Esme is the image of her mother Cheddar in more ways than I can count. She is the snuggliest of snugglies, so gentle and easy going and has been from the moment her little personality began to show as a puppy. Esme is from the “Bread” litter of Theo X Cheddar, born on January 3rd, 2021 and is co- owned with our very dear family friends, the Brower family. We adore Essie girl to bits, and are excited for her new role as a retired mama! Esme produced two incredible litters, her first with Volos, and second with Arson. Her puppies embody so many of her wonderful temperament traits.
TrueStar’s Apple Spice Cake
“Apple”
This precious little lady is just as sweet as they come! Apple is from our Fudge X Ember breeding, the “Cake” litter; born on July 12th 2020. Apple is co-owned with our dear friends, Travis & Nicole, where she is truly the “Apple of their eye!” Apple is “Classically Golden” and has such a sweet eager to please attitude. She goes on regular fishing trips with her dad, but also loves snuggling at home and is such a true joy to all who meet her! Apple produced one beautiful litter of eleven puppies with “Gage”, and is now living her best “spoiled girl” life with her son, “Camper!”

“Skittles”
Skittles was born on November 21, 2016 from our Timber X Frankie breeding; the “Candy Litter.” Skittles is co owned with our friends David & Kaydi, and so lives with them full time now! Skittles is a smaller, compact girl, and as mellow as they come. Her youngest human sister is just two years old, and Skittles, in classic Golden style is as gentle as gentle can be with her. Skittles movement is a force to be reckoned with…she simply floats, just like her mama Frankie, and grandpa Lincoln!
